1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

3. Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
